The Shoalhaven Bash Team

As the Shoalhaven contingent of entrants has grown, Shoalhaven participants have therefore decided to pool their resources to enable us to raise more funds for Variety the Children’s Charity.

Hence the Shoalhaven Bash Team was formed. In 2012 as recognition of the consistent level of funds raised for Variety and the  support offered to the Shoalhaven Community our group became only the second independent division of Variety NSW to be formed. Variety South Coast, as our division is known carries out various fundraising activities throughout the year to raise much needed fund for Variety.

All money raised from events held throughout the year go towards sponsorship for the 8 local cars to participate in the Variety Bash 2013, which raises money for special needs children.

Variety the Children’s Charity is dedicated to improving the quality of life of the sick, special needs children.

Over the last two years, approx $300,000 has gone back to supporting sick and disadvantaged children in the NSW South Coast region. Money was spent on wheelchairs, liberty swings, sunshine coaches, hospitals, special schools and lots more…
